Nu-Look far exceeded my expectations! The work required was much more than originally expected, but they came back... multiple times to be sure the job was done correctly, and were very reasonable with the charges, which stayed within the price quoted. They not only did the job they quoted, but also cleaned the carpets, floors, and furniture at no additional charge! They provided daily updates and answered any questions I had. The work came with a 1 year warranty. Thor is the man on the job!read more

We just moved into our new home and wanted everything clean. Our house is only a few years old, but boy did the vents... need cleaning. They showed me all the junk that was in the vents and the huge clog that was in our dryer vent. I’m so thankful we were able to have these guys come to clean it all out. They did a great job! The guy, Cyrus, was extremely knowledgeable and nice. Quite the professional. He not only knew how carpet works but... how his products work, and he described them to me in detail. He was fast, efficient, and dealt with a terrible mess in less than one hour. He gave me tips that I will use from now on, and did such a wonderful job on my carpet! He also left me a couple products that Nu-look developed, and told me how to use them, which I am quite grateful for! I cannot recommend this business highly enough! The appointment was prompt In regard to scheduling, Cyrus arrived in perfect time, he was efficient, and it was painless and pleasant. Happy to Pat the reasonable fee. Good work!read more

Matt and Ian were very professional but very engaging. They both introduced themselves, ask me what I needed and then... went on to measure and inspect. I explained I had two dogs and two cats and they run in and out all day long. Matt explained about the oils in their coats and what they use to clean and lift them out of the carpet. They explained the pricing and also what choices I had. We visited for a few minutes and then they went right to work. These two young man work hard and fast!! They certainly are an asset to Nu-Look.! Great team work and great cleaning products made my carpets look brand new. They really made my day!! Beige carpet with 4 pets is difficult to keep clean, especially when they go in and out all day long. I am thrilled to say my carpets look brand new! I will definitely use Nu-Look again and again. A nu look it's pretty amazing and efficient. The men that showed up at my house were very professional they wore... booties so they didn't get the carpets dirty and when they clean my ducks they didn't even leave a mess which was pretty amazing I thought haha. That one visit is what made me follow up with the carpet cleaning services they offer. In which they found mold and were able to diagnose it and remedy it all in one shot. I would highly recommend a nu look to my loved ones and and anybody honestly. Oh yeah I almost forgot they don't use any chemicals to clean either so it's all pet friendly kids safe, shoot, even baby safe. I think you again guys hope everyone reading he uses this company as they have been above and beyond my expectations.read more

Thor did an impressive job cleaning our kitchen and dining area tile floor. The equipment he used did a deep cleaning... of the grout lines and tile. He is conscientious and made sure the floor was cleaned to his high standards and followed up to make sure we were happy with it. They were responsive on scheduling and showed up on time. I had a great experience with A Nu Look Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. David and Kenny were prompt (actually, early,... after calling to see if that was okay). All services and pricing were discussed and agreed upon in advance. They went above and beyond, from start to finish, to explain the process and next steps. They also helped me install new filters in the furnace after the duct cleaning was completed. Would definitely do business with them again!read more

Kenny and David do an amazing job. I was so impressed by how professional and polite they both were. As the mom of 2... special needs kids with fragile health it is important to have good indoor air quality. A Nu-Look was the only company that I was able to find that actually cleans and sanitizes air ducts as well as service the furnace. Kenny and David were great at explaining everything to a very tired Mama. Thanks guys, you are much appreciated. I will be having them out again for more of their many services.read more

I hired A Nu-Look to do an air duct cleaning at a new home I bought. They were punctual, polite, and professional. ... David and Kenny performed their job quickly, answered all my questions, and did a good job. They were friendly, and went above and beyond to help a new home owner out. The house I purchased is quite old and needs a lot of work, and they both went out of their way to help put my fixer-upper back together, which I appreciate so much.I would 100% recommend A Nu-Look, especially David and Kenny for an air duct cleaning. Had my air ducts cleaned and my dryer vent cleaned. They did a good job, but did not put things back the way they were... and even left a blue tarp/rug in my master bathroom. Thor is very professional and came right back when my lift in the garage wouldn't work since his helper didn't plug it back in. I have used "Chad" and his company for at least 15 years.read more

I first discovered Thor and Nu-Look three years ago and had him do one room-sized wool area rug and was really pleased... to see how it turned out. Since then I have had him do more large area rugs and upholstered furniture for myself and my mother (she's super picky and loved what a great job he did) AND I told all my neighbors about him on Nextdoor.com. An... appt was set for pickup, Thor called to see about arriving early and a bid was sent within the hour.Two years ago and thanks to an old cat, a sofa had to be cleaned and all traces of the stain and odor were removed. A Nu Look is amazing! My baby cousin shattered a whole bottle of red wine on my cream colored carpet, that then had to... sit on my carpet for a couple days after the accident, since it was a holiday weekend. Once I called A Nu Look they came right out and were able to get the wine out of the carpet! You wouldn’t even know that the accident happened! I would recommend them for any of your carpet/floor needs. They are truly amazing!read more

Great experience going with a Nu-Look Cleaning & Restoration! I bought a brand new house and a puppy... simultaneously—potty training did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. When my puppy decided that my office was his bathroom, I tried to clean it myself and ended up with a bigger mess. A Nu-Look was professional, non-judgemental, and fast. My carpets smell amazing and look brand new again in under one hour. They gave me some samples of their products should my puppy have any further mishaps.
