This was our second time hiring A Nu Look to clean our carpets, and once again,... they did an amazing job! They are friendly and thorough, communicate the price and the service upfront, and leave the carpet looking and feeling gorgeous. I love that they use steam instead of detergent, so there's no residue left when they're gone. We were referred to A Nu-Look Carpet Cleaning & Restoration for a full duct... cleaning by our preferred HVAC Contractor ACI Northwest. Leading up to our appointment, we received several confirmations, as well as a phone call when their team was 30 minutes away.When Johnny Cash (no kidding) and his assistant Erik arrived, (exactly on time) they were professional, efficient, walked our home, estimated our cost, and upon our approval, got right to work. They then reviewed the entire job with us, when their work was complete and made sure to answer any questions or concerns. We were so impressed with their great job, we're hiring their company to clean all our carpets!In a time when customer service seems lacking, Johnny and Erik were truly terrific, even moving back furniture that we'd moved for their convenience. A Nu-Look came out and cleaned our newly purchased home. They guaranteed their... work yet when I called to let them know I wasn't happy with how the carpets turned out I got hung up on and then completely ignored on subsequent calls. We ended up ripping out all the carpets and I only requested a treatment on 3 small areas of laminate as compensation. No response.read more

Dylan was right on his scheduled time with good communication re: The upcoming appointment (unlike my dentist that sends 27 email & text reminders beginning 39 days in advance). Dylan was very thorough in discovering our needs, taking notes, estimating costs, and completion times. Easy to communicate with and a diligent worker. After completing his tasks with 20 minutes to spare, he invited us to walk with him and inspect his work, leaving us with his wishes for a Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary.read more

Only use for carpet cleaning. They claim to be a restoration company but are... not! They cleaned up our flooded house well but then sold us on putting it back together. Our house will never be the same. They rely on the cheapest subs out there and overcharge your insurance company for everything! Chad is a displaced owner and never would return a call to us concerning his employees illegal behavior Had to hire an attorney Looking forward to a court date to expose them and their insurance hustle.read more

This company was superb. The crew they sent to do our duct/vent cleaning was so... terrific. Professional, quick, kind, unobtrusive, helpful, just loved them. Our home is around 5 years old, and we have had serious dust issues since the day we moved in. It was inexplicable why we had so much dust everywhere, even in our closed bookcases and China cabinet. It was hard spending the money to do something the contractors should have done but it was worth every penny. Wish we had done it sooner. It has only been a couple of weeks, but the difference is truly astounding. Thank you, Nu-Look, that we can breathe easier and safer and that I do not have to dust every other day.read more
I had A NU Look Carpet cleaning company come today for an estimate and... cleaning.The two young clean cut men noshowed up a head of schedule and immediately started doing their assessment gave us a complete estimate before they started work. After I accepted the estimate they began to do what they do as professionals and they did a fantastic job cleaning and keeping everything away from the walls and being respectful both to us and to our home.
