Today was a special day- thanks to the folks at Nu-Look. Recently, our father passed away and our mother had to go into assisted living. Leaving us with suddenly having to deal with selling their house to help pay for mom’s healthcare.The carpets were extremely bad with mountain ranges in three rooms. On top of that was pet and human stains. The house is approximately 2,100 square feet, the rooms are large.After stretching the carpet and shampooing. The floors look fantastic, cannot believe it’s the same carpet. I would highly recommend these professionals.

I Ran into Eric at the hardware store and ask him about his company Nu-look that i saw on his shirt.. I ask him what they do and he explained what they do with the cleaning and restoration services.He seemed very knowledgeable and polite and willing to provide plenty of information and pricing.I like to have resources since I never know what services I will need and I would definitely consider using Nu-Look for things in the future.
Met a nice employee, I believe his name was Eric, of A Nu Look. I had questions regarding what services his company offered and pricing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be moving into an older home soon and needed quotes for duct and carpet cleaning. His willingness to answer all my questions makes my decision to call on them for these services an easy choice. I look forward to working with them in the future

This business was quick to respond to my inquiries about cleaning and pricing. They were able to clean my carpets within a week of scheduling. Dylan and Cameron showed up early and were very professional in all interactions. I have lived in my house for 17 years and have had my carpets cleaned several times and they have never looked as clean as they did with NuLook and they smelt so good. I have two dogs and was afraid of the wet dog smell and when I walked into my house I was more than surprised at how clean and good my house smelt. Highly recommend this company.

We happened upon them when our basement flooded the first time, and the second time we sought them out on purpose because we were so pleased and impressed with his work. I've been a Nu-Look Cleaning customer for over 10 years! Jonnie and Eric just cleaned the dryer vent and duct work as it was shutting off in the middle of a cycle. Very communicative, pricing was fair and in line with others. It's hard for me to evaluate the actual job, as I do not live in the home, and won't be able to actually observe the difference in cleaning. I would recommend them.

This was our second time hiring A Nu Look to clean our carpets, and once again, they did an amazing job! They are friendly and thorough, communicate the price and the service upfront, and leave the carpet looking and feeling gorgeous. I love that they use steam instead of detergent, so there's no residue left when they're gone. Just beautiful, clean-smelling, like-new carpet that I hope my kids will not spill anything on for at least a few days!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! My condo flooded in January and they had the best communication and customer service possible. They even offered to work all day on a Saturday to get my place finished because my air bnb was no longer covered by insurance.
We were referred to A Nu-Look Carpet Cleaning & Restoration for a full duct cleaning by our preferred HVAC Contractor ACI Northwest. Leading up to our appointment, we received several confirmations, as well as a phone call when their team was 30 minutes away.When Johnny Cash (no kidding) and his assistant Erik arrived, (exactly on time) they were professional, efficient, walked our home, estimated our cost, and upon our approval, got right to work. They then reviewed the entire job with us, when their work was complete and made sure to answer any questions or concerns. We were so impressed with their great job, we're hiring their company to clean all our carpets!In a time when customer service seems lacking, Johnny and Erik were truly terrific, even moving back furniture that we'd moved for their convenience. Honestly, we hope their boss will give them a raise!
We just purchased a house and wanted our air ducts and carpets cleaned so we looked on the Web and found Nu-Look. Wow! These guys are good. Jonnie and Kenneth cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent in the morning and shortly after, Dylan cleaned our carpets. They were quick, professional, and friendly.
